The Challenge
An outdoor kitchen is not an impulse buy. Entry-level modular starts in the low thousands and a fully bespoke build can pass £50,000. Nobody spends that on a hunch.
So every enquiry arrives carrying the same fourteen questions. Does it need planning permission. Will it survive a British winter. What grade of steel. Can you work with my garden designer. Can I install it myself.
What we built
The structure is deliberately simple. One page carries the story from hero to enquiry form, with anchor navigation so a visitor never loses their place, and four deeper pages for kitchens, coverings, grills and fire features.
The FAQ is the engine. Fourteen questions, each answered properly rather than in a line, covering cost, planning permission, materials down to the steel grade and powder-coat standard, warranties, installation and whether Shire can run a whole garden project. It reads as expertise rather than marketing, which is exactly what a £30,000 buyer is looking for, and it gives search engines and AI answer engines something substantial to cite.
Around it sit fourteen client testimonials from Manchester to Belfast, six official brand partnerships, and a photography wall of completed work.
Everything routes to one action: book a free consultation.
The results
What is true from launch day: buyer questions are answered on the page rather than on the phone, so the calls that do come through start further along. Client reviews and brand partnerships sit above the enquiry form, which is the proof a high-ticket buyer needs before they will book.
